Payment Options

We are excited to announce some significant changes and new options available from Smirthwaite USA.

Firstly, we have relocated our warehouse operations to a new facility in North Carolina, effective this week. This new location will provide our partners and customers with numerous benefits, including 24-hour order fulfillment, independent online order and shipment tracking, and daily updates on product stock and availability.

Secondly, beginning this month, we are transitioning to direct deposit as our primary payment method for our B2B partners. This ACH/direct deposit system will facilitate quicker fund transfers and reduce the risk of payments being lost in transit. Should electronic payment not be an option for you, payments can be mailed to our new address:
