Smirthwaite warrants the products detailed on your order to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from date of delivery. If a fault develops during this period, please contact the Customer Service team by email email@example.com or phone (1) 212 541 2455 who will advise you on the best course of action.
The warranty excludes faults due to accident, neglect, misuse, not following the Instructions and normal wear and tear. This guarantee is in addition to your legal rights. A charge may be made where the goods cannot be repaired under the warranty. You will be advised before this is made.
Servicing and maintenance
We highly recommend an annual service on all of our electronic or metal products. Wooden products should be serviced every 2 to 3 years. Further information on this can be found in your product’s handy User Guide.
It’s important to regularly service your products. Children rely upon them and an annual service ensures that the product is fit for use and will provide you with peace of mind that your child is not at risk.
We are dedicated to finding the right solution for your child and as an ethical company we will only supply a product that meets your child’s needs. We have various reps covering the country that can provide training or assistance on any of our products.
