About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen here in the Smirthwaite team, and we are now seeking a work from home Customer Sales Liaison based in North Carolina. Smirthwaite is at an exciting stage of growth and highly driven to achieve our ambitious and focused business plans.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company in an inside sales and support role. The Customer sales liaison will be focused on two primary job responsibilities – customer satisfaction and sales growth for the USA team.

Key responsibilities

• Delivering an exceptional customer experience to all of our Smirthwaite partners through email and phone collaboration.
• Answering all customer inquiries, questions and concerns in a timely and positive manner while providing documentation for all internal and external communications.
• Driving new sales growth amongst multiple call points and end users through outbound cold calling and organic inbound sales inquiries.
• Providing answers to customer logistic questions by coordinating with the warehouse logistics team.

• Outstanding ability to multitask and maintain accurate and detailed records
• Well-developed problem-solving and time management skills
• An empathetic and positive approach to the circumstances and needs of our customers
• Ability to grow and develop relationships with existing and potential customers via phone and email

Preferred experience

• Work within a school or pediatric arena in the occupational or physical therapy environment.
• Previous inside sales experience with a documentable history of sales success.
• Previous customer service phone/computer experience in an office or home setting.
