Respected designer and manufacturer of bespoke equipment for children and young adults with additional needs, Smirthwaite is thrilled to announce the appointment of Tara Minor who will be taking on the new role of Customer Sales Liaison.

This appointment heralds an exciting new start for Smirthwaite USA as they enter 2025. Tara brings over two decades of customer service experience across various sectors, including energy, real estate, mortgages, and most recently, Carnival Cruise Lines and Disney Corporation.

In her role, Tara will be responsible for providing daily support for inbound customer inquiries, conducting outbound follow-ups, and managing both inbound and outbound sales calls.
