Smirthwaite is pleased to announce the appointment of Brian Malloy as Internal Sales Representative for Smirthwaite USA LLC, as part of the company’s continued commitment to delivering exceptional customer support and strengthening relationships with clinicians, therapists, and distributors across North America.

Brian will serve as a primary point of contact for inside sales activities in the U.S. market. In his new role, he will support customers throughout the sales journey, working closely with the wider Smirthwaite team to ensure a smooth, responsive experience from enquiry through to delivery.

Brian brings extensive experience in client success, inside sales, and customer support, having worked across technology-driven and service-focused organisations. Most recently, he held senior client-facing roles within the sports performance and technology sector, where he was responsible for onboarding new clients, managing sales pipelines, delivering product demonstrations, and providing high-level technical and customer support. His background also includes experience with CRM systems, digital communications, and cross-functional collaboration.
